Please take a moment to read the following terms and conditions before booking your photoshoot. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking & Deposit

A £50 deposit is required to secure your photoshoot date. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the photoshoot, as agreed in advance.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel your photoshoot, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice before the scheduled session to receive a full refund of your £50 deposit.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

If you wish to reschedule, I am happy to transfer your deposit to a new date, provided you give at least 72 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made with less notice may be treated as a cancellation.

3. Outdoor Photoshoots & Weather

My photography sessions are primarily held outdoors, where natural light and the surrounding environment are an important part of my creative approach.

Please be prepared for changing weather conditions and dress accordingly. Light rain, wind or cloudy skies will not necessarily prevent us from going ahead, as these conditions can also create beautiful and atmospheric images.

If the weather makes an outdoor session genuinely impractical or unsafe, we can discuss rescheduling or arranging an alternative plan together.

4. Studio Sessions

If you prefer a studio photoshoot, please let me know before booking so we can discuss suitable options and availability.

I am happy to help you find a studio that fits the desired mood and style of your session. However, all studio rental fees are the client’s responsibility and must be covered separately from the photoshoot fee.

Studio availability and rental arrangements should be confirmed in advance.

5. Photography Style & Creative Direction

By booking a session, you confirm that you have reviewed my portfolio and are comfortable with my photography and editing style.

My approach focuses on genuine emotions, natural movement, connection and cinematic storytelling rather than stiff or heavily posed images.

I will provide guidance throughout the experience, including preparation, styling suggestions and direction during the session. However, the final artistic approach and editing remain consistent with my individual style and creative vision.

6. Image Selection & Editing

The final selection of images is made entirely at my discretion. I carefully choose the strongest photographs based on artistic quality, composition, expression and technical standards.

Depending on what package you choose, you get 30/50 professionally edited, high-resolution images. Unedited photographs, RAW files and additional images outside the agreed package are not included.

7. Gallery Delivery

Your final edited gallery will be delivered within 4 weeks of the photoshoot.

The images will be provided through a private online gallery. Please download and back up your photographs once they are delivered, as the gallery will be available for a limited period.

8. Image Usage & Privacy

I may wish to share selected photographs from your session on my website, portfolio, social media channels and other promotional materials to showcase my work.

If you do not wish for your photographs to be published, please let me know before the photoshoot. I respect your privacy and will discuss your preferences with you in advance.

Any agreed restrictions on the use of your images will be respected.

9. Travel & Additional Expenses

Photoshoots within London are arranged based on the agreed location.

For sessions outside London, additional travel expenses may apply. Any additional costs will be discussed and agreed with you before the booking is finalised.

Studio hire, location entry fees and any other third-party expenses are not included in the standard session price.

10. Client Responsibility

Please arrive on time and communicate any important preferences, accessibility requirements or special requests before the session.

I will do my best to create a relaxed and enjoyable experience while delivering photographs that reflect my artistic style and the connection we aim to capture.

By booking a photoshoot and paying the deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
